Basic Policy
With the aim of realizing a sustainable society and enhancing corporate value, we are working to meet the needs of our customers and society under the concept of "changing the world by reducing waste."We are working to solve these issues based on our requests.
We have established a sustainability policy to promote sustainability management.We have identified 6 materiality issues related to the environment, society and governance as sustainability priorities.We will set activity indicators and targets (KPIs) for these materiality, and work to solve sustainability issues.

Human Rights Policy
As a company that values “people”, we have set up a human rights policy.
We have continued to protect the bridge for the sake of Japan's prosperity.In order to realize a prosperous future, it is essential to respect the fundamental human rights that people have in their natural lives.It is nothing but "pursuit of humanity" of our management philosophy.
To contribute to the realization of a society in which human rights are respected as the responsibility of a company that is trusted by society, the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights are formulated.We will establish a personal rights policy and promote efforts to respect human rights.
