Ken has met a lot of cars so far and I think that there is a strong feeling for cars, but what is the "most attractive" place? How can I do that?

Functional beauty and formative beauty that continues to be attracted even now.

Yokoyama

It was the first time I saw a car racing movie called "Grand Prix" when I was 6 years old, but at that time I was strongly influenced by the functional beauty and modeling beauty of racing cars.I was attracted.
And then you can move anywhere while sitting.
Also, it is very helpful as a melody maker that the songs spring up more and more when you are driving.
Also, it is convenient that you do not have to worry about the last train.

I heard that President Yamada also likes cars very much, but please tell us about President Yamada's thoughts on cars.

A symbol of longing.

Hiroshi Yamada

To be honest, I was a naughty young man before I was the current president, so I longed for Cooles where Ken was, and Carol before that.At first I was interested in motorcycles, and next to motorcycles is cars! When I said that, the appearance of seniors riding Hakoska is cool.
Sometimes I run around town with a car like an over fender making a sound (laughs).Because it was such an era, "I will work hard, and I will ride a better car like my cool seniors!"I had a feeling that I was like, "What do you think?"
I love the sound of cars. That engine sound, exhaust sound coming out of the muffler, the sound of the car.
In my senior's car, carols were mostly involved, and then I was addicted to carols, and the music that still flows in the car is 1 book by Eikichi Yazawa.

Sho Yamada

I have very strong memories of riding in my father's car, the president.
When I was little, the company was a smaller company of painters than it is now, and my father seemed to be busy every day and rarely stayed home. But I came back several times in 1 year and said, "I'm going fishing.I still remember that I was so excited.i've been waiting for my father's return.I have been waiting for my child just as much as I am now working, but my child is waiting for my father's return in the same way.
I was really happy to be able to drive out with my father.Music playing in the car.Mr. Eikichi Yazawa also heard it well, and Mr. Southern All Stars also heard it.I still sing karaoke.
I think the speed is also attractive after all.I also like rides, I compete for speed with things like bus boats, I met racer Takuma Koga and racing cars. However, when I trace the origin, the memories of the car = my father are big in me.

At Yamada Infrastructure Technos, we do reinforcement of bridges and roads, but how do we know as a user about the construction carried out on roads and bridges through which cars pass? What do you think?

I appreciate the infrastructure that can be used for granted is in place.

Yokoyama

Every day, we ride comfortably while listening to music in the car and cross the bridge as we take for granted, but behind that, there are such media.I think there is support from the people who are doing maintenance.I will forget that, but I am really grateful when it comes to such a story again.Just thank you.

How about Ken's opinion?

Sho Yamada

Thank you.I think you all used the road before you came here today.
Or, if you use the shinkansen, I think that you will arrive at the right time.the seniors who made it lost the war. However, if I was willing to revive Japan, it would be the same as the human body, and the road network, which is the blood vessel, is important, and I think that this infrastructure will be able to contribute to the reconstruction of Japan.I think Japan has developed a lot.
But I can only talk about this idea because I am in the bridge industry, and everyone probably takes it for granted that there is a bridge, and I think that there is a delay on the Shinkansen. It's like, "Why are you late, Tokaido Shinkansen?"
Everyone should be able to appreciate it for granted, educate, work, and pay taxes for it.We will use it for various things, and the infrastructure will grow again, and everyone's life will be fulfilling. We hope that as many as 1 person can understand the importance of blood vessels as infrastructure through this project with Ken's help.I think that it is the best.

Sho Yamada

We are looking at it from the perspective of the bridge maintenance side, but I think this is not only Japan now.
For example, there are many high-rise buildings now, and everyone is free to build various structures.
However, it is only if there is a foundation. There is a word "chikudokobo," and buildings stand on top of civil engineering.
I think that civil engineering is the origin of the world, and whether it is a road or a bridge, it may be one of civil engineering, but if you trace the origin, it may be the origin of the earth. It supports the foundation of people's lives by digging and solidifying the foundation. We are involved in that industry.
For the next generation of people, I think that civil engineering is somehow an image of "dirty and tough", but I stepped into the civil engineering industry and decided to do it.I think that this job is a job that I can be proud of.
As Ken said now, I am very happy to be able to think that there is a road that can run with peace of mind, thanks to the civil engineering industry.Buildings are made only when there is a foundation of civil engineering. We must also review this origin again 1 time.I want Ken to run a lot of American cars and tell more people about the goodness and importance of the bridge. No matter how good the performance of the car is, there is a road.In the coming era, cars that fly in the sky may appear, but cars are still running on the ground, and Shinkansen trains also run on the tracks. It is our job to maintain important civil engineering in order to protect the safety and security of people in the future.

03.

Please tell us about Ken's impression of public works and the impression of craftsmen.

It is a major pillar that supports Japan's economy.

Yokoyama

Logistics is a major pillar that supports the Japanese economy. If it's shredded, things will stop.
In order to keep the flow going smoothly, public works are very important, and we need to thank the people involved in public works more.Driving is fun and I tend to overlook it, but I thought again today that it is supported by such people.
I also had experience working part-time in civil engineering in the past, so I was also witnessing the daily efforts of the craftsmen. You should not take it for granted that it is late at night or that you are doing it while everyone is sleeping.Thank you to the craftsmen.

Please tell us about Mr. Yamada and Mr. Shohei's thoughts on craftsmen.

I want to create an environment where all craftsmen can take pride in.

Sho Yamada

japanese construction signs are bowing their heads."I'm sorry. We are sorry for your inconvenience."
I want to change that."I'm doing my best for everyone!I'm not going to do that."i think it's a good job to be proud of.
I think I was told that it was tough and painful a while ago, but I want to be proud and do it with pride.
It is not a negative way of saying like "I am a craftsman anyway", I think that such an image is still strong in our industryBut I want to change that. When our managers say, "You guys can be proud!", they say, "You guys can be proud!", they say, "You guys can be proud!".he's a cool craftsman!I want all the craftsmen to have a real feeling that they are recognized by the world and are needed by the world.
I was asked by Ken this time because I can't go without a car or public transportation to go to see Ken's live.I think it would be nice if Ken-san noticed the importance of infrastructure to the people who came to the concert because it is okay even a little.
Japan is becoming a country where we can appreciate it naturally, and the population will decrease steadily from now on, but we need to support each other and strengthen each other.I want our generation to pass on Japan to our seniors.

Yokoyama

When we do a live performance, we run all night on a track, like lighting and sound. This is not in time if the road is not maintained.Of course, I would like to thank the people who support the infrastructure and the drivers.
I am also directly involved in my own work, so I would be happy if I could help you with that image role or even a little bit.

Hiroshi Yamada

This industry is a place where direct customers are not users but the public, so it is difficult to invest funds after allBut I want to start a movement with our company leading, so that we can link with various places in the industry. We are promoting this initiative with the belief that we can improve the quality of our products and services.

04.

Please tell me if you have any cool episodes of employees and technicians.

the sweaty guy is cool.

Hiroshi Yamada

they're all cool, aren't they?
People are sweating like a waterfall in the damn hot of midsummer. We were told that our work was really 3K, 4K, and now it's 5K, and we had a lot of bad reputation, but the appearance of them sweating is really good.I can only say that it is cool.
When I saw people coming back from the scene with sweat on their foreheads rather than wearing clothes, I thought this was really cool.I thought.Ken, too, has made a lot of sweat and made a lot of efforts now.I think that I have shed a lot of blood, sweat and tears that I can't really tell people.
When I was young, as a son of a paint shop, I came to the site sweating anyway, and I wonder if it is the beauty of the amount of sweat. There are so many 1 1 episodes that I can't tell, but after all, I am the sweat that they shed.I think this is really something that can not be converted into money.
Now the working environment is gradually getting better, and I think that it is work style reform, I have to raise my salary, I have to take a lot of days off.Even though it is an era, work 3 times as much as people when we were young and make money! It is like a momentum. It is normal to work day and night!even so, everyone worked without saying a single complaint.Every time I see that sweat, I think it's cool. Also, the people of the tobish, they set up scaffolding on tens of meters, and my son saw the back figure of such a craftsman with envy when he was small. It was a great experience. The way they stand is also cool, and when I turn around, they are all sweating, I wonder if they are craftsman spirit. After all, I always feel cool as a person.
it's cool to be a sweaty guy.I think so.

Sho Yamada

I lived on the 2nd floor of the company because my house was a craftsman. The 3rd floor was inhabited by craftsmen who loved my father.
My father goes out for dinner and comes home in the middle of the night. The craftsmen pick them up together. It may be a bit old, but I think it's really cool.
then, when i become president, i will stand up properly.i didn't do anything crooked.I thought it was really cool to see that way of life.I wanted to imitate it, and I wanted to be like that.So I say things that are more noisy than others, such as "ambition and resolution", but I don't want employees to do things that are crooked.In.
We will do it sincerely and seriously for our customers.I've seen the times where I put my life to work, and I thought that kind of place was cool. But I think it's the same in every industry.Never run away from the things in front of you.take responsibility properly.I think everyone is like that, but I have been living with that spirit in the craftsmen since I was a child.

05.

What are the things that you can gain by immersing yourself with ambition based on your own experience?

forever challenger.I always make myself a challenge.

Sho Yamada

I have 10 years with my current ambition, and I have put this "ambition" in my suit, "Continue to protect the bridge for rich Japan"I decided on the responsibility of having to keep doing it, and the responsibility of not being able to escape, so that was the No. 1.
It's still a long way to go to the goal of that ambition, but in my still blue self who has just started out, I absolutely can not escape the responsibility. Now I think that this is what I got.I think that my generation will finally be able to demonstrate when Japan is going to be replaced by a generation from my seniors.I will do my best.

Hiroshi Yamada

As you mentioned earlier in Ken's remarks, Eikichi Yazawa's book "Upstart" was a textbook for me.
I had always thought that I wanted to rise up sooner or later, but this was not my ambition. It was just a thought.Only when the soul enters there will it turn into a will.
I like Ryotaro Shiba's "Toge" book, and I often read it there."Zhi is easy to dissolve like salt.」
Easy to think.this is what i am!When I say, if my heart is weak, it will melt easily.I've been reading a book called Upstart and looking squarely at Eichan's life for a long time.Even if it's past 70, I still do it, that rock soul.I was about 40 years old when I realized that the way in which my soul entered for my own purpose was different from ours. Until then, I just read "Upstart" and I want to become like this one day, and this is nothing without ambition.
If I said that I really had ambition, it would melt like the salt I said earlier. But how much do you create yourself that does not melt this?Sometimes people ask me, "Please tell the young people what you are aiming for," but I have a soul and I have a self that does not melt.I want to tell you that if you do not do it, you will end up with the mochi that your will of the corner drew in the picture.
I want young people in particular to have big ambitions. From my own experience, I came with the idea that one day I will be the absolute top in this bridge industry. After all, I think my biggest rival in life is my heart. The words "There is no impossible in life, who decides the impossible" also mean that my heart will do it at this level in the end, I am like thisI'm not sure if I'm going to be able to do that, but I'm not sure if I'm going to be able to do that.I always think I have to be a challenger and an adventure.I think that the spirit of creating myself that will always challenge is the right ambition.
Even when I watched Ken-san's live performance, I always thought that my soul was different after all.I'm sure people of the same generation who have Nagai-chan, Carol, Cools, and are doing well will read "Upstart", and they will read "Upstart", and they will read "Upstart", and they will read "Upstart", and they will read "Upstart", and they will read "Upstart", and they will read "Upstart", and they will read "upstart", and they will read "Upstart", and they will read "Upstart", and they willI think I came with that spirit.

Yokoyama

I'm impressed by the aspirations of 2 people, but the reason I have to be prepared to do this music work is to continue.i understand.
At first, I read "Upstart" like the president, and that became an opportunity, and I can do it if I do it!I started to move with momentum.I may not be able to do it even if I do it, but if I decide to do it anyway, I will do it without thinking about it anymore. If you don't make up your mind, it won't resonate with anyone. It is said that the man is serious. If you don't put it out on the table, there's also a combination of characters (laughs).
I feel that if I do not draw out my potential to Max, there is no next time.I don't know if that will lead to results, but I'll do it anyway.Even if I turn 63 years old, I still have the feeling of being a challenger and a rookie like the president, and I will do it without being arrogant. We want you to know what you are doing and what you want to do.

06.

I think that there are moments of frustration in life, but I will tell you if there is a secret of motivation up that I am trying to overcome itPlease contact us.

The feeling of caring for family and friends.don't melt your will.

Sho Yamada

Just recently, I had a big setback, or rather, a big reflection.
What I thought was the importance of what everyone thinks of friends as really friends.
I want to be a family with everyone, but how do I make friends that seem like a family? As a manager, even if you reflect, you have a responsibility to move forward, so it is your responsibility to move forward positively for your family, for your friends, and to reflect. The motivation is to reflect and try to improve. You can do anything because you have friends.
The rest is a child.Just as my father has changed people 180 degrees since my grandchild was born, the time has come for me to embrace my grandchild, and I wonder what kind of help I can give to Japan at that time.No.It may be the motivation of No. 1 to think about such things. There are many employees who take paternity leave, but they say, "Kids are cute. When he gave birth to a child, if he was a grandchild, he would be even cuter.Let's think together so that we can improve Japan at that time."

Hiroshi Yamada

It may be my motivation up, or my selfish idea, but "I've been doing well until today."
The moment I say that, I think that person's life is over.if you stop, it's over.
Ken said, "I'll do it anyway," but if Ken complimented himself, "I've been doing well until today."I think it's probably the end point.I can't move my legs anymore, and that's my fear.
If I try from my son, I may be thinking that I will not retire, but I also want to make myself motivated. My noisy father still keeps moving (laughs).
I think that it is the last minute to praise myself as "I have done well until today".No matter how far I go, I still have to do it as a challenger.Find your next goal. Because I think that way.
I'm always thinking about the next opportunity, and I'm always thinking about that kind of cycle in my head, or maybe I've succeeded so far today, but I think I can do this.If it's okay, I'm done here already.
The next generation of people, of course, still have a lot of future, and even though they have even bigger dreams, they will firmly follow the aspirations that I said earlier. So as not to melt have more. Most people say, "I've been doing well until today."it's like i've been doing my best.
but it's over when you praise it.I think we will not be able to win the game after that.
I want Ken to do his best forever, too.I also got a lot of fuel from Ken today, so I got more and more motivated to burn up more and more.
I'm listening to such a story, let's go with active life as it is!I felt like it would ignite the fuel and explode.

07.

Please give your message to the young people who will be the leaders of Japan in the future, aiming to become the civil engineering industry.

It's a once-in-a-lifetime meeting.Keep moving so as not to miss the chance.

Yokoyama

The industry is a bit different, but because I liked Carol, I knew Cools and the Cools members gave me a chance. It was a great opportunity for me to be a part of the team.
It was when I was 17 or 18, but I joined from the staff first, and I was actually selected as a member of Cool's, and became a vocal. It was a great experience. It was like a dream to become a member, but I am now given the opportunity to do so.I would like to continue to be a presence that will be a catalyst for young people in some way from now on.
I think that people in the civil engineering industry will surely have such a thing.I hope that you can cherish the encounter once and for all. Also, don't forget to thank and thank you. However, I think that there are times when you have to run fast.At that time, no matter what you think, I think it is also possible to run and say sorry later.I have to go with the accelerator fully open at the necessary timing. And rather than grudging people, look at yourself. When you blame others, it's mostly your own fault.Don't blame people for it.
With the same feeling as what you two are saying, I am also such a feeling that I will challenge.I hope you do as well.

Hiroshi Yamada

I want young people in the future to sweat a lot, as I said earlier.
In particular, the civil engineering industry cannot be made without sweat. It's a really tough industry, but the amount of sweat I sweat will definitely come back and it will lead to my own growth. There may be people who think that it's easier to do anything right now, that it's hard to sweat, that it's better to be in the cooler, but there are still many things that we can do.The industry is attractive. In order to support the country in the future, I may shed a lot of sweat and sometimes tears. But it comes back as a fun 2x, 3x or 4x.We are going to be in a position to pass on to the younger generation, but sometimes I think of things that older people said like this.I want you to do your best.
Our job is to create a hopeful future for the children of the future and for the young people of Japan many generations ahead.I want to do my best so that I can sprint without stopping forever.

08.

At Yamada Infrastructure Technos, we have various initiatives, but if you have any ideas for the future, please tell us.

We want to create a world that no one knows yet.

Sho Yamada

I want to be able to be prepared at an early stage.
Because the older generation of us will surely retire. Many people, such as the Prime Minister of Japan, will retire in order. After that, our time will come, so we have to study for that time, develop our strength, and be prepared.I think one way to convey that to everyone is the Ushiwaka Project.
If you are too late to prepare, the preparation period will be less, and if you notice it early, you can have a preparation period. From now on, we will plunge into uncharted territory. We will take measures quickly with a sense of crisis against the declining population and these problems. And with Japanese technology, we can fly out to the world again. It's not all possible to do it with robots, so my father and I don't know how to survive in a place called people, and my seniors and I don't know how to survive in a place called people. We want to create a world that we do not even know.
It is often said to create the future, but we will make it, so let's make it together, I think that there will be a lot of friends who think so.I think that it is not.

09.

As an ambassador, please let us know if you have any aspirations that you would like to do something like this.

Yokoyama

The roads and bridges that we use, of course, are supported by the people who build these infrastructure that you don't know.I hope that many people will understand this by speaking from my mouth.
I hope that our music industry will also be able to tell us again that without road maintenance, we can't even perform concerts or do anything.I hope that I can help you as much as I can.As you said earlier, thank you for what you take for granted.I would like to support people in the civil engineering industry who are supporting them casually and silently while in the shade, because I think that they are so cool.
